This operating summary explains the current SCOUTz product boundary. Executed partner agreements and applicable law govern where they provide more specific requirements.
Current service principles
Assessment results are scoped to the data sources, permissions, time, and methods disclosed. The customer and MSP remain responsible for authorization, interpretation, change control, remediation, and business decisions.
The responsibility boundary
SCOUTz prepares findings, explanation, work context, and supported verification criteria. It does not authorize or perform a client change merely because a recommendation exists.
