REPORTS NOW · VISUAL STUDIO IN VALIDATION

Build the story, review the evidence, deliver it, and prove movement.

Current SCOUTz reports keep evidence and audience boundaries attached to the work. The visual Report Studio shown here is being validated for a future beta update and is not yet a general-availability promise.

The MSP’s configured hourly rate—not a fixed sample rate.

04

Estimate

Hourly rate × LOE. An effort range gives a price range at that rate.

Historical owner-supplied anonymized plan, October 16, 2026: $135.8K is its upper work estimate, not a current quote, realized income or guarantee. Reprice the reviewed LOE using your own Settings rate. Backend pricing and billing are unchanged.

WHAT'S NEW IN SCOUTz · OPEN BETA

Report Plays for first meetings, onboarding and QBRs

Choose First meeting, Win the deal, Onboard or QBR. Each Play bundles the reports for that moment into one download, fitted to the evidence the client's scan read. “Win the deal” is a workflow name, not a sales guarantee.

First meeting

Bring the available evidence, its limits and the questions it creates into discovery.

Win the deal

Keep the findings and proposed next steps together while the MSP discusses scope with the buyer.

Onboard

Carry the scan's evidence and unresolved questions into the start of the client relationship.

QBR

Prepare the client review with dated evidence and supported rescan comparisons—not a claim of continuous monitoring.

Know when a shared report link was opened

See whether the link was opened, how often and when. Report-link open tracking does not show who opened it or where they were. Your own previews do not count. An open does not prove the client read or agreed to the report.

AI conversations, ready to run

Choose an AI meeting pack, AI roadmap, starter AI use policy, vendor due-diligence pack, AI incident playbook or oversharing-before-Copilot review. Each uses what the scan read; the MSP and client confirm business context, owners and policy decisions. Policies and playbooks are planning drafts, not legal approval or proof of implementation.

Honest by design: every count names its source. A check SCOUTz could not read stays “Not read”—not “none” or “all clear”. Microsoft 365 reviews use client-consented, read-only access and do not read message bodies, files, chats, documents or prompts.
