1. Bring the right context.
Where an approved connector, export, or customer-provided record exists, SCOUTz can use the account context the MSP is allowed to use: customer history, territory, service focus, and the question the next meeting needs to answer.
2. Keep the evidence attached.
SCOUTz returns dated findings, sources, confidence, and explicit unknowns instead of collapsing a review into an unqualified score. That context can be used in the MSP's chosen report, ticket, QBR, or CRM workflow.
3. Let the system of record stay in charge.
The PSA, RMM, security, documentation, GRC, or CRM platform remains the owner of its workflow. SCOUTz hands over a defensible starting point and can return to supported sources for verification when the work is complete.
