SCOUTz product evidence supporting MSP Sales Intelligence vs. General Contact Data · identifying details removed
Does SCOUTz replace ZoomInfo, Apollo, or another contact platform?

No. Contact and intent platforms help identify accounts and people. SCOUTz adds account-specific security evidence and review continuity for the MSP conversation.

Contact data tells you who to call. It does not tell you why the security conversation matters.

ZoomInfo, Apollo, 6sense, Cognism, Bombora, Lusha, LeadIQ, Demandbase, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator help sales teams find accounts, people, firmographic details, and intent signals. Those are useful jobs. They were not designed to inspect a domain or evaluate customer-authorized Microsoft 365 evidence for an MSP.

Contact and intent platforms find the audience

These platforms help answer who works at a company, how to reach them, and whether account-level activity suggests interest in a category. An MSP may still need that data to build a target list and reach the right person.

Security evidence supplies the reason

A general sales platform does not establish whether a domain's email authentication is enforcing, which supported OAuth permissions are visible in an authorized source, or whether an available activity record supports a claim about an application. Those are different questions that require different evidence and permissions.

SCOUTz adds the account-specific layer

SCOUTz is not a replacement for a contact database. It adds source-labeled security evidence, explicit unknowns, and a connected review path for the account itself. A contact platform may help an MSP reach the meeting. SCOUTz helps the seller arrive with something useful and defensible to discuss.
