Who Network Detective Pro is right for
Network Detective Pro is a strong fit for an MSP that needs broad, repeatable technical reviews across client environments. Kaseya highlights scheduled scans, collectors, risk prioritization, network mapping, executive-ready reports, remediation guidance, RMM deployment, PSA ticketing, and integrations with other discovery data.
The product can support onboarding, recurring reviews, risk conversations, and QBR preparation. Its depth is valuable after the MSP has a defined account, an agreed scope, and the access needed for the selected assessment modules.
An MSP already using Kaseya or RapidFire Tools should consider the operational convenience of that ecosystem. The evaluation should still confirm which collectors and permissions each planned module requires.
Who SCOUTz is right for
SCOUTz is a strong fit when the MSP does not yet have internal access. The seller may need to prepare for a first meeting, follow up on an event lead, or decide whether a deeper assessment is justified. Public evidence can create a specific conversation without presenting itself as a complete review of the environment.
The product also suits teams that want the evidence to survive the handoff from sales to delivery. A finding can retain its source, timestamp, affected object, coverage, limit, proposed owner, and verification criterion as the account progresses.
